i relli dun understand wads so nice abt it
so i went to orchard to meet up wif alvin for the 2nd part of the itinery for the day~ =D


when i reached dere i was like.. o.O
i tot dere was gonna be one big bunch
end up onli got him n 2 zhabors
so we waited for a while more for sadha to come
only to find out he brought another zhabor along
here starts another scandal =P
went up cine to play pool
yeap, 2nd pool session for the day for me
dat means my accuracy shld be v off
coz my style is follow instincts..
which tends to nt come naturally when im tired.. haix
cannot blame la.. even caiyu's shots didnt hit the mark
n somehow sadha has the 'beginner's luck' wif him

all thx to my itchy hand =D
this is wad happened:


my router kept overheating whenever i switch on my dls
diz causes my connection to dc
so i decided to connect directly to my modem
and that leads to..
my modem malfunctioning o.O
so i survived almost one whole week w/o internet connection
but it wasnt that bad since i was filling my free time playing my bro's psp XD


until finally darling immanuel-chan came to the rescue *aww*
went to his hse ytd to grab one of his spare modems
*btw.. whenever he mentions that his hse is near the mrt stn and u can simply reach dere quickly by walking, DON'T EVER BELIEVE HIM. Trust me.*
after that grueling journey with dat lil' bugger trying to confuse me n make me lose my way in his sad neighbourhood, we finally reached his hse!
(its relli a sad neighbourhood.. n the reason i gave him it was sad was coz the cars at the carpark wasnt smiling =X)
*the joke abv was nt meant to make sense*
his hse looked cozy.. he was so eager to show me his "masterpieces"
which were jigsaw puzzles that were framed up -.-"
if it were sketches, i wld haf been awed actually
after rummaging thru all the junk in his rm, i finally found a suitable modem!
and after dat.. the unpleasant part comes again
*insert a horrifying story of me on a grueling journey back to my hse here*


upon reaching back,
nope, i didnt immediately fixed the modem
i took my time to watch kinship (ch8 7pm)
bathe.. eat..
den finally began to pry open the box n assemble everything
to tell the truth, i didnt have much faith in it initially
even ever since i was on my way to immanuel's hse
n the set up procedures were catering for singnet
(im using pacnet for the baka ppl out dere =X)


but taking that leap of faith was worth it
at the last installation window, dere it was... the "Surf!" button
and with that, popped up the singnet homepage
and so the modem works! XD
i did lots of media searching n obtaining after dat
(sounds just like me.. wait.. this IS me. -.-")


so many thx to immanuel who solved the problem!!



on another note,
i relli LOVE the purified water!
in case some of u caught my nick the other time n didnt understood wad it meant
well, my dad recently bought a water filter to get clean water for his aquarium
he even got this little gadget which could test for water purity
n after testing.. the results:
sg tapwater (aka newater) - 0.56
bottled mineral water - 0.05
filtered tap water - 0.00 *!!!*


so now my drinking water doesnt have that slight chemical taste anymore!
wee~!!
